Online investors paid for 9,698,266 shares, while offline investors paid for 22,650,148 shares.        The sponsor and lead underwriter will take up all 8,734 unpaid shares, valued at about 1.32 million yuan ($195,000), accounting for roughly 0.02% of the total offering.    Unitree priced its IPO at 150.80 yuan (about $22.2) per share and offered approximately 40.45 million shares, raising around 6.10 billion yuan ($904.5 million). The final online allotment rate was just 0.0181%, prompting comparisons to “winning the lottery.”     Strategic placement results also showed that DeepSeek was allocated 933,399 Unitree shares, worth approximately 140.76 million yuan ($20.9 million).
